Job summary

Terasol Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in India (Bhiwandi) is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Maintenance to oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance for production machines and utilities.

You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate with Production and Quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced automotive/manufacturing setting. Candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and 5–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering is required.
• 5–6 years of experience in Automotive/Manufacturing industry.
• Immediate joiners or up to 15 days' notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machines and utilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
• Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
• Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain breakdown reports, maintenance records and spare inventory.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Stores teams.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
• Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
