Brik Oven is seeking aMaintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of bakery production equipment at our Doddaballapura CK facility. The role involves supervising machinery including ovens, dough mixers, proofers and refrigeration units to ensure continuous production.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on knowledge of bread baking, dough preparation, pastry production, and cheese processing, with a track record of preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimise downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining bakery production equipment.
• Knowledge of bread baking, dough preparation, pastry production and cheese processing.
• Ability to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance without production disruption.
• Strong focus on workplace safety and equipment operating procedures.

Responsabilités

• Supervise maintenance and proper functioning of bakery production machinery and equipment.
• Ensure smooth operation of bread baking, dough mixing, pastry preparation, and cheese processing equipment.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimise production downtime.
• Monitor ovens, dough mixers, proofers, sheeters, refrigeration units and other bakery machinery.
• Coordinate with production team to resolve equipment-related issues and maintain production schedules.
• Identify faults and ensure timely repairs, maintaining maintenance records and spare parts inventory.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of bread baking, dough preparation, pastry production, and cheese processing, along with experience in maintaining bakery machinery and production equipment.

• Supervise the maintenance and proper functioning of bakery production machinery and equipment.
• Ensure the smooth operation of bread baking, dough mixing, pastry preparation, and cheese processing equipment.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimise production downtime.
• Monitor equipment such as ovens, dough mixers, proofers, sheeters, refrigeration units, and other bakery machinery.
• Coordinate with the production team to resolve equipment-related issues and maintain production schedules.
• Identify mechanical and electrical faults and ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment servicing schedules, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and equipment operating procedures.
• Coordinate with external technicians and service providers when required.
• Support continuous improvement in equipment efficiency, production quality, and operational performance.
