Job summary

Sa Management Services in Dhaulpur, India seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive new product development, industrial valve development, and precision machining initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end NPD from RFQ to SOP, validate processes, and mentor the NPD team to ensure on-time execution.

You should have hands-on expertise in CNC turning, tooling and fixtures, GD&T, and APQP/PPAP discipline. Collaboration with production, quality, foundry and customers will be essential to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial valve development and precision machining.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, process planning and manufacturing feasibility.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC and MSA.
• Hands-on CNC machining with CNC turning, VMC and HMC; tooling/fixture development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPD from RFQ to SOP.
• Drive industrial valve development and manufacturing feasibility.
• Review drawings, specifications & GD&T.
• Develop machining processes, routing, tooling, fixtures & SOPs.
• Lead prototypes, trials and process validation.
• Drive APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC & MSA activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Foundry, Maintenance, Purchase & customers.
• Lead Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing & cost-reduction initiatives.
• Mentor the Engineering & NPD team and ensure timely project execution.

Experienced engineering leader to drive New Product Development, Sand Casting Machining Process Development, and Industrial Valve Development.

Focus Area: Precision Machining | Industrial Valves | NPD

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPD from RFQ to SOP
• Drive industrial valve development and manufacturing feasibility
• Review drawings, specifications & GD&T
• Develop machining processes, routing, tooling, fixtures & SOPs
