The role requires hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of drawings and machining, and the ability to coordinate CNC, VMC, HMC, boring, milling, and grinding operations while maintaining safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience
• Knowledge of drawings and machining processes

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day machine shop operations
• Supervise production planning and machining activities
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate execution
• Monitor quality, productivity, and machine performance
• Handle and coordinate CNC, VMC, HMC, boring, milling, cylindrical grinding, and rotary grinding operations
• Ensure safety and process compliance within the shop floor
• Lead and guide machine operators and technical staff
