Job summary

Knorr Bremse is seeking an experienced Production/Manufacturing Engineer to oversee daily machine shop operations, develop and implement production processes, and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficiency and quality.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, ensure safety and quality standards, and mentor junior staff while analyzing production data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven experience in machine shop operations and production management.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
