Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare funder reports with Project managers.
• Visit project sites to observe data flow and usage.

About the Role

The M&E Coordinator is responsible for strengthening the organization's Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems to support program implementation and organizational goals. The role is to ensure timely collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of program data, enabling informed decision-making and effective donor reporting. It also involves support in developing M&E tools, maintaining dashboards, conducting field monitoring visits, and coordinating with of the project teams for data management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain M&E frameworks, data collection tools, and reporting formats aligned with project objectives and KPIs.
• Monitor regular data inflow from centres, verticals & projects following the laid down process for approval.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and MIS reports for management review and decision-making.
• Analysing the data on various parameters and creating dashboards using tools and identifying trends.
• Creating and sharing the funder reports with Project managers.
• Visit project sites to understand first-hand the process of data flow and its utilization
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, donor requirements, and data confidentiality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve M&E systems through process standardization, automation, and digital tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate degree with relevant certificate/diploma/ significant training in M&E
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience of working in M&E / MIS

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent working skills on Advance Excel, Google forms & Sheets and Google workspace
• Knowledge of other platforms or tools for MIS will be an advantage
• Ability to use AI to automate data compilation and reporting
• Knowledge and experience of working on Analytical tools to create reports and dashboards for decision making
• Good communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Having an eye for details, focused, and accuracy driven
• Pleasing personality and team working skills

The remuneration will range between CTC Rs. 38000/- 42000/- per month, depending upon skills and experience.
