Job Description

• Monitorand inspect manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with designspecifications and quality standards.
• Conductregular in-process inspections at critical stages of production for switchgearand control assemblies.
• Identify,document, and report any deviations or non-conformances; initiate correctiveactions promptly.
• Collaboratewith production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues duringmanufacturing.
• Implementand maintain process control plans, inspection checklists, and quality controlprocedures.
• Supportroot cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for in-processdefects.
• Verifycalibration and proper functioning of inspection and testing equipment used onthe shop floor.
• Liaisewith design, production, and supplier quality teams to address recurringquality concerns.
• Trainproduction staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Participatein continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects,to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Maintainaccurate records of in-process inspections, test results, and qualitydocumentation.

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, orrelated field.
• Experience:4 years in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in electricalmanufacturing, switchgear, or control panel assembly.
• Certifications:Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other quality systems is preferred.
