Job summary

BEI Technologies in Faridabad is seeking an LPDC Machine Installation & Service Engineer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in LPDC machines. The role covers electrical and mechanical installation, commissioning and on-site service activities.

The candidate will perform mechanical assembly, wiring, panel connections and troubleshooting across electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, with PLC/HMI editing and Mitsubishi experience a plus. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Electrical Engg or Mechatronics.
• 3–6 years experience in LPDC machine installation or service.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and service LPDC machines.

• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Edit and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs; Mitsubishi experience preferred.
• Support casting trials, machine performance checks and customer handover.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams and machine suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Provide basic operator and maintenance training.
• Maintain installation, commissioning and service reports.

About the Role

BEI Technologies is hiring an LPDC Machine Installation & Service Engineer with 3-6 years of relevant experience. The candidate must have hands‑on knowledge of Low Pressure Die Casting machines and be capable of handling electrical and mechanical installation and service activities.

This is a Faridabad-based role involving travel to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission and service LPDC machines.
• Carry out mechanical assembly, alignment, electrical wiring and panel connections.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Edit and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs; Mitsubishi experience preferred.
• Support casting trials, machine performance checks and customer handover.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams and machine suppliers to resolve technical issues.

Required Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 3-6 years of experience in LPDC machine installation, maintenance or process support, with hands‑on machine troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle both electrical and mechanical tasks.
• PLC and HMI troubleshooting and editing skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to travel for installation and service assignments.
• Valid passport required.

Immediate joiners or candidates available within 30 days are preferred. Direct LPDC machine experience is required; general machine maintenance experience alone is insufficient.
