Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in desktop support, technical support or system administration.
• Windows, Mac, Linux experience.
• Good documentation skills.
• Jira Administration is an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, modify, and support a company's IT infrastructure and day-to-day IT activities.
• Hardware: Manage and maintain all systems and network hardware (laptops/desktops, servers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, biometric devices).
• Network Administration: Install, configure, maintain firewalls/routers/switches, VPN; troubleshoot Wi-Fi, network and Internet connectivity.
• System Administration: Install/maintain Windows client/server OS, related apps, patches, drivers, firmware; troubleshoot via Remote Desktop tools.
• Documentation: Create and maintain system and network documentation, policies and SOPs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

3-5 Years of relevant experience in the role of Desktop Support, Technical Support or as a System Administrator.

Preferred Job Skills:-

• Hardware Desktop, Laptops, Printers & Network Devices. Operating Systems Windows, Mac, Linux
• Good documentation skills
• Jira Administration is an added advantage

Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting a company's IT infrastructure and perform day-to-day IT activities.
• Hardware: - Manage and maintain all Systems and Network hardware such as Laptop/Desktop & Servers, Network Printers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Biometric devices.
• Network Administration: - Install, configure and maintain Firewalls, Routers and Network Switches, VPN, troubleshoot WIFI, Network and Internet connectivity issues.
• System Administration: - Install and Maintain Windows Client OS and Server OS, all related Applications & Productivity tools, install security patches & upgrades, install of Drivers and Firmware updates., troubleshoot using Remote Desktop Tools.
• Documentation: - Create and maintain all required System and Network Documentation, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
