Solve Legal X Private Limited in Kolkata is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid acquisition across our brands, including SolveLegalX and SolveGlobalX. The role focuses on Google Ads and Meta Ads, data-driven decision making and scaling campaigns.

You will analyze metrics like CPL, CPA, CAC, and ROAS, optimize budgets, conduct audience research, test creatives, and collaborate with Design, Content, and Tech teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
• Experience personally managing 3-4 lakh+ monthly ad spend.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of ad creatives, funnels and conversion journeys.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted marketing workflows.
• Ability to manage campaigns across multiple brands.
• Strong communication, ownership and execution skills.

About the Role

Solve Axis is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition across our growing portfolio of brands, including SolveLegalX, SolveGlobalX, OK Acquired, and Solve Desk. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Google Ads & Meta Ads, data-driven, and capable of turning advertising spend into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
