Key duties involve quotation, tracking, troubleshooting delays, negotiating rates, and maintaining accurate shipment records, requiring strong coordination and knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ocean freight operations, including bookings, documentation (Bills of Lading), carrier coordination, customs compliance, and client communication.
