Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Worker role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Logistics Worker will assist in coordinating daily freight operations, including receiving, handling, and dispatching cargo for domestic and international shipments. Responsibilities include preparing and checking shipment documentation, supporting customs clearance activities, and ensuring accurate labeling, packing, and inventory records. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to meet delivery timelines, resolve operational issues, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Logistics Worker will also help monitor shipment status, update tracking systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of basic logistics processes, including cargo handling, warehousing, and shipment dispatch.
• Ability to manage shipment documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs-related paperwork with high accuracy.
