Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in International Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years in B2B exports or international sales.
• Strong export documentation, pricing and shipping knowledge.
• Proficient with Excel, CRM tools and international communication.
• Experience with digital B2B platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia).
• Willing to research new markets and build data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support product registrations and compliance for international markets.

• Ensure online export readiness, including LinkedIn ads.

• Evaluate and coordinate exhibition participation for business growth.
• Handle post-exhibition leads to maximize outcomes.
• Convert leads into long‑term customers through relationship building.
