Responsibilities

• Manage Operations: Ensure that all locations within the cluster run smoothly by monitoring daily operations and addressing any issues that arise.
• Drive Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for each location, ensuring a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the management teams at each site, fostering a collaborative environment and providing support to enhance team performance.
• Analyze Performance Metrics: Regularly review sales data and operational metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth within the cluster.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to create and execute long-term strategies for cluster growth, ensuring alignment with company goals.
