Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of all branches/units within the cluster, ensuring financial targets, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of branch managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance across all cluster operations.
• Manage the cluster's P&L, optimize resource allocation, and control expenses to maximize profitability.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Implement effective risk management practices to safeguard assets and maintain operational integrity.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Operations, and Credit to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
