Job summary

V2 Retail Ltd. is seeking an experienced Cluster/Regional Support professional to back our Retail Operations team in India. The role requires strong analytical skills, deep MS Excel knowledge, and hands‑on retail operations experience.

The ideal candidate will support Cluster and Regional Managers, analyze sales, stock, and MIS reports, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure operational excellence and timely issue resolution. Five‑day work week is mentioned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Retail Operations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis).
• Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Cluster Support, Regional Support, or a similar retail operations role.
• Candidates from Garment Retail or FMCG companies will be preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including HR, SCM, Finance, Buying & Merchandising, and Admin.
• Follow up on store compliance, manpower updates, inventory, and operational action plans.
• Provide analytical support to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
