  • Route inbound shipments in coordination with freight forwarders and carriers, selecting the appropriate mode, service level, and lane.

  • Prepare and review shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and carrier booking confirmations.

  • Monitor domestic and international shipments from carrier pickup through final delivery; proactively identify at‑risk shipments and resolve delays, exceptions, address changes, re‑routes, and POD requests.

  • Respond to tracking and status inquiries via Salesforce case queues within established SLA windows; conduct tracer investigations for lost or delayed shipments.

  • Arrange return shipments including RMAs and RTVs; manage pick‑up requests, product transfers, and express carrier label processing.

  • Register and manage express shipments through online carrier portals (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager, DHL Online).

  • Serve as a day‑to‑day liaison with freight forwarders and carriers; support carrier performance reviews and elevate service failures as needed.

  • Ensure shipment documentation complies with import/export regulations; coordinate with trade compliance on customs requirements and hazardous material considerations.

  • Support process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the global pre/post ship team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics and transportation, with demonstrated knowledge of global freight.

  • Experience obtaining and evaluating domestic and international freight quotes across multiple modes and service levels.

  • Direct experience working with freight forwarders on international shipments (air or road freight).

  • Familiarity with import/export documentation requirements, customs processes, and trade compliance basics.

  • Proficiency in shipment tracking, carrier communication, and transportation exception management.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to work across international time zones.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Must be fluent in English; any additional language relevant to EMEA or APAC is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience registering and managing express shipments through online carrier portals (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS Worldship, DHL Online, or similar).

  • Experience using Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) or similar TMS platforms.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other case management systems.

  • Knowledge of reverse logistics processes including RMAs and RTVs.

  • Experience supporting multi‑region logistics in a technology distribution or supply chain environment.
