Job summary

Teabox seeks a Logistics Specialist to own the end-to-end movement of orders, ensuring timely delivery and minimal friction. You will manage tracking, courier escalations, and daily operations across seven warehouses, with a focus on automating repetitive tasks using Unicommerce, ClickPost, SagePilot and other tools.

The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven improvements, and collaboration with the Customer Experience team to resolve delivery issues. Prior international exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Unicommerce, ClickPost or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who takes complete ownership of the logistics journey—not just tracking shipments, but ensuring every order reaches our customers with minimal friction while continuously making our logistics operations smarter and more efficient.

Your Mission:

Own logistics operations, eliminate bottlenecks, automate repetitive work, and become the go-to person who keeps our supply chain running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end shipment tracking and courier escalations.
• Oversee daily logistics operations across 7 warehouses.
• Handle Unicommerce operations, including embargoes, reshipments, and order exceptions.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to resolve delivery-related issues.
• Review weekly courier performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Automate manual tasks using AI, ClickPost, SagePilot, Unicommerce, and other operational tools.
• Build scalable logistics processes to support business growth.
