Role Description

The Logistics Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities, including planning deliveries and pickups, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate distribution of home healthcare equipment. The specialist will monitor inventory levels, work closely with warehouse and field teams, and update tracking systems to maintain smooth operations. Daily tasks include communicating with customers and internal stakeholders, resolving delivery issues, optimizing routes, and supporting the continuous improvement of the logistics process. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations while contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
