Job summary

Bigship is seeking an Operations Executive to manage daily shift operations and oversee end-to-end shipments in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will drive process adherence, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with support teams to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards across multiple hubs.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics, strong Excel skills, leadership ability, and excellent communication to train staff, improve performance, and achieve business targets while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Solid grasp of shipment lifecycle, TAT, NDR, RTO, and key KPIs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shift operations and track key operational metrics
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments — timely receipt, processing, and dispatch
• Conduct quality checks to ensure zero missing/damaged shipments
• Maintain MIS reports (Inbound, Outbound, RTO, NDR, Aging)
• Ensure maximum deliveries within TAT; monitor and reduce shipment aging
• Analyse NDR/RTO cases and coordinate with teams to bring percentages down
• Supervise and train operations/delivery staff on SOPs and quality standards
• Drive accountability within the team to hit business targets
• Ensure SOP adherence to minimize loss, damage, and errors
• Maintain a safe, organized workplace per company policy
• Communicate updates and process changes clearly to the team
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Line Haul, Sales, and Logistics
• Oversee multiple hubs/warehouses/locations
