Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mulund, Mumbai, is seeking an Export Executive with 3–10 years of experience to manage pharma export workflows and ensure compliance across licensing, shipping, and incentive processes.

You will coordinate with DGFT, Customs, CHA, and freight forwarders, handle export documentation, and track shipments in SAP/ERP to ensure timely dispatches.

Qualifications

• Experience with export incentives and compliance requirements.
• Experience in Pharma / Chemical / Manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.

• Handle Advance Licence / Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback (DBK) & RoDTEP.
• Manage export incentive documentation & claims filing.
• Coordinate with DGFT, Customs, CHA & Freight Forwarders.
• Prepare shipping bills, invoices, packing lists & export documents.
• Track export shipments & coordinate dispatch schedules.
• Manage transporter coordination, vendor bills & logistics reconciliation.
• Handle export entries & shipment tracking in SAP / ERP.
