Job summary

Malabar Gold & Diamonds in Kozhikode (Kerala) seeks a Logistics coordinator to streamline movement, coordinate with branches and 3PL vendors, and monitor costs. You will reconcile deliveries, track daily shipments, and digitalize logistics processes to ensure on-time delivery.

Candidates should have strong communication in English and Hindi, proficiency in Excel, and solid analytical skills. This role requires coordinating across multiple stakeholders to drive continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Logistic movement.
• Report to management based on data.
• Daily coordinate with all branches and 3PL vendor.
• Maintain logistic costs & courier expenses.
• Reduce transit delay.
• Reconcile physical product delivery.
• Reconcile monthly courier billing.
• Digitalization in logistic processes & report daily monitors shipment movement and ensures delivery on time.
