Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain documents for material receipts, issues, and finished goods supplies in coordination with Accounts and Sales & Marketing support.
• Produce routine operational reports on stock positions and trigger actions as needed.
• Generate periodical analytical reports with refined data for management decisions.
• Manage finished goods order and supply in coordination with Sales & Marketing; contribute to e-commerce platform development.
• Coordinate with factory for supplies and with branch offices for stock replenishment.
• Support sales promotions and monitor orders; register and track orders.
• Coordinate with production for finished stock management.

Job Summary

Kosher is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistic Coordinator to manage and optimize our supply chain and distribution operations. This role involves coordinating with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods across India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistics planning, inventory management, and vendor coordination—preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is a must.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Developing fundamental documents on all material receipts, issues and finished goods supplies in consultation with Accounts, and Sales & marketing support department.
2. Developing routine operational reports pertaining to stock positions for prompting necessary routine actions.
3. Developing periodical analytical reports with refined data towards drawing sound inferences and insights for management decisions.
4. Develop befitting finished goods order & supply management system in coordination with sales & marketing department and participate actively in the current development of the e-commerce program on online customer transaction platform.
5. Coordinating with factory for supplies
6. Interacting with other branch offices for stock replenishment
7. Providing active support services in implementing sales promotion programs
8. Order monitoring and registering.
9. Coordinating with production team for finished stock management

Desired profile of the candidate

1. Graduate; additional certifications in logistics, supply chain, or operations management preferred
2. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in logistics coordination, inventory handling, vendor management, and supply chain support
3. Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced work environments
4. Excellent written and spoken English; working knowledge of Kannada and/or Hindi is essential
5. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; exposure to or willingness to learn ERP systems for sales and logistics functions
6. Smart, proactive, and eager to grow within a competitive and performance-driven environment.
