Job summary

Nirvasa Ayurveda is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage daily operations, track dispatches, and coordinate with courier partners.

The role requires strong Excel skills, English and Hindi communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ownership. Prior logistics or e-commerce exposure is preferred, and graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations including dispatch and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate regularly with courier partners and track shipment status.
• Follow up on delays and resolve issues to meet TAT.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel.
• Maintain records and documentation for shipments and returns.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations including dispatch and delivery tracking
• Coordinate regularly with courier partners
• Track shipment status and follow up on delays
• Close customer/internal tickets within defined TAT
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
• Maintain MIS reports and ensure data accuracy
• Monitor return shipments and RTO cases
• Maintain proper documentation and records

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Good communication skills (English and Hindi)
• Problem-solving attitude with ownership mindset
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of logistics/courier operations
