Job summary

RECRIVIO in Gurugram is seeking a data-driven Logistics Manager to lead the complete B2B and B2C logistics operations. You will own inbound procurement, warehousing, inventory, order fulfilment, and last-mile delivery, coordinating with 3PLs and internal teams to ensure reliable, on-time performance.

The role requires managing marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and Instamart, plus D2C and traditional channels.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong experience managing B2B, General Trade or distributor-led logistics operations.
• Experience in FMCG, food, D2C or e-commerce is preferred.
• Proven experience managing B2B and D2C logistics or distribution networks, including depot/CFA operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering.

• Own end-to-end logistics operations across B2B, with marketplaces as the primary focus.

About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, hands-on Logistics Manager to lead client's overall B2B logistics operations.

Marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and Instamart will be the primary focus, alongside D2C, Modern Trade and General Trade.

You’ll own the complete logistics and fulfilment lifecycle from inbound procurement and warehousing to inventory, order fulfilment, transportation and last-mile delivery. You’ll also lead 3PL and logistics partners, optimise costs and service levels, and ensure reliable, on-time fulfilment across channels.

Key Responsibilities

B2B, Marketplace & D2C Logistics

• Own end-to-end logistics operations across B2B, with marketplaces as the primary focus.
• Manage logistics across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart and other marketplace platforms.
• Manage FBA, seller-fulfilled and quick-commerce/dark-store models.

Order Fulfilment & Last-Mile

• Own fulfilment across marketplaces, D2C and other B2B channels.
• Maintain 98%+ fulfilment performance across marketplace operations.
• Drive same-day dispatch through effective cut-off and dispatch planning.
• Define and monitor delivery SLAs by zone and channel.
• Track and improve OTIF, fill rate, dispatch accuracy and inventory accuracy.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve service levels.

Transportation & 3PL Management

• Evaluate, onboard and manage 3PL warehouses based on business expansion and serviceability requirements.
• Identify and onboard transporters and courier partners for B2B movement.
• Negotiate rates, SLAs and commercial terms with logistics partners.
• Plan lane-wise routing, load planning and milk-run schedules.
• Monitor POD closures and ensure timely documentation.
• Optimise freight costs through FTL/PTL consolidation, route planning and better load utilisation.
• Continuously evaluate logistics partners on cost, service quality and SLA performance.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead and mentor an on-ground B2B logistics team of 7–8 members, including warehouse supervisors, dispatch executives and transport coordinators.
• Drive improvements in delivery TAT, operational efficiency and cost-to-serve.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and standardisation.
• Build clear operational KPIs and visual dashboards for the logistics function.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and present key insights and action plans to leadership.
• Work closely with procurement, sales, finance, operations and other cross-functional teams.
