Job summary

VPD Medi India Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Logistics Executive to manage the movement of pharmaceutical goods from warehouse to customers across multiple locations in India. You will coordinate with transport partners and internal teams to ensure timely, safe, and compliant deliveries.

Key responsibilities include planning dispatches, coordinating with transport partners for PAN-India deliveries, and managing logistics documentation such as invoices and e-way bills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (pharma preferred).
• Knowledge of courier management, transport coordination and route planning.
• Understanding of GST, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate dispatches for orders as per delivery schedules.
• Manage transporter and courier partner coordination for PAN-India deliveries.
• Prepare and verify logistics documents such as invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
