Job summary

Saint Gobain is seeking a logistics professional for Sriperumbudur, India. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and 3–5 years of logistics experience. You will manage invoicing, packing lists, Eway bills, vendor coordination, and shipping document handling on a 3-shift basis.

Immediate notice period is preferred. The candidate should be ready to relocate to nearby areas and work in a fast-paced environment with strict OTIF monitoring and container planning

Required skills :

• Invoice, packing list & Eway bill preparation for all domestic & export orders.
• Invoice/packing list draft share with customers transporter
• Material loading follow up & documents handover to driver for vehicle release
• Vehicle tracking creation and follow up.
• Merchant trade invoice preparation in SAP
• Post shipment documents handling and submit to bank on time and maintain report
• Shipping Bill checklist, BL draft confirmation, coordination with transporter for vehicle
• Shipping documents share with customers
• Vetting LC documents follow up with in IMB check & post shipment documents followup till reaches at customer end.
• DHL courier booking & tracking
• Co-ordination with forwarders/CHA/Transporters
• Weekly/Monthly container & truck plan preparation
• OTIF & Lead time Monitor & Improvements
