Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of port operations, customs procedures, and export documentation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and logistics/supply chain systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee and drive the end-to-end coordination of domestic and export logistics, vendor job work, and port dispatches. This role requires working closely with the Operations Manager and leading cross-functional logistics activities to ensure cost-effective, efficient, and compliant movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments through ports.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and port authorities.
• Ensure compliance with customs and export regulations.
• Track container movements and ensure timely clearance and dispatch.
• Plan and schedule transport with focus on cost optimization and space utilization.
• Resolve escalations in shipment delays and logistics disruptions.
• Develop logistics vendor relationships for reliability and cost efficiency.

Inventory & Documentation Control

• Maintain oversight of accurate material movement records.
• Review and approve shipping, dispatch, and customs documentation.
