Job summary

Ray-Hans Precision Tools Private Limited in India is seeking a procurement and logistics coordinator to identify suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and process purchase orders to meet approved requirements.

You will coordinate with internal teams, track shipments, arrange transportation, verify documents, and maintain records for procurement and logistics, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy across material flows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors for the best commercial terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Follow up on pending orders and resolve procurement-related issues
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and product requirements
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation of materials and products.
• Arrange vehicles and transportation based on delivery requirements.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers or project locations
• Coordinate with transporters, courier companies, and logistics service providers
• Verify delivery documents, invoices, packing lists, and other logistics documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation for dispatches and receipts
• Maintain purchase, delivery, and inventory-related records.
• Assist in reconciliation of purchase orders, goods received, and supplier invoices.
• Maintain records for DTA procurement and arrange DTA documents to supplier
