The role ensures timely deliveries, accurate inventory records, and clear communication with suppliers and carriers. You will handle shipments, maintain records, resolve issues, and help optimize logistics processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Schedule and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and customers.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs documentation when required.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Resolve shipping delays, damaged goods, and transportation issues.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Negotiate shipping rates and coordinate with freight providers.
