Sequel Logistics in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage end-to-end cargo connections, optimize networks and branch inventory while balancing cost, compliance, and seamless operations with airline and vendor partners. The role involves planning air connections, coordinating with airline teams on schedules, loads, and documentation, and applying IATA guidelines.

It also covers surface connections and inventory management of consumables, forecasting, and vendor

Qualifications

• Any graduate with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications related to Cold Chain operations will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan air connections strategically aligning with branch operations and client requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines teams for flight schedules, load consolidation and documents requirements.
• Understand IATA guidelines for different shipment categories.
• Provide solutions for surface connections as and when required.
• Coordinate with vehicle vendors for vehicle deployment based on need.
• Understand connection costing and its impact.
• Manage inventory of consumables such as shipper boxes and temperature loggers.
• Forecast, plan, and dispatch inventory every month based on consumption and projections.
• Identify and deploy consumable vendors for right products at right price.
• Oversee inventory availability across branches and fulfill as required.
