Genius Consultants is seeking a Bulk Hiring Recruiter for E-commerce / Quick Commerce operations in Mumbai. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment across frontline roles such as Delivery Executives, warehouse staff, and store associates, with experience in large-scale drives and multi-location coordination.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with e-commerce players and bulk hiring processes, including sourcing via multiple channels and telephonic screening to streamline selections.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in bulk/mass hiring, preferably for e-commerce, quick-commerce, retail, logistics, delivery, warehouse, or dark-store operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume recruitment for e-commerce and quick-commerce operations.
• Recruit candidates for positions such as Delivery Executives / Delivery Partners, Picker & Packer, Warehouse Associates, Store/Dark Store Associates, Team Leaders / Supervisors, and other frontline operational roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, referrals, databases, local hiring drives, and walk-ins.
• Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews/selection processes.
• Organize bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews at multiple locations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in bulk hiring for DMart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar e-commerce/quick-commerce companies will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of frontline and blue-collar recruitment.
• Experience handling 50–100+ openings/candidates simultaneously is preferred.
