Job summary

Intersoft Data Labs, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Logistics associate to coordinate shipments from dispatch to final delivery and ensure timely, compliant documentation.

You will prepare invoices, packing lists, AWB/BOL, track shipments, resolve delays, and provide regular updates to internal teams while optimizing freight costs and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of domestic/international shipping processes and documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities
