Additional skills in problem-solving and customer service management are essential. This role may require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding (FFW) or related supply chain/logistics roles.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
• Basic understanding of shipment coordination and logistics processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end shipment activities to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Communicate and coordinate with shippers, carriers, customers, and internal teams on shipment-related matters.
• Review shipping and logistics documents in line with SOPs and client requirements.
• Track shipments and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders for status updates.
• Update systems accurately and on time, including uploading required documentation.
• Provide professional and responsive phone and email support.

• Update systems accurately and on time, including uploading required documentation into applicable platforms
• Provide professional and responsive phone and email support
• Identify operational issues and escalate them effectively with clear, accurate, and detailed information
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and productive work environment
• Demonstrate flexibility and support scope expansion or additional responsibilities as required
