SkyHop Global LLC, at IND location, is seeking a Lead Driver to oversee a fleet and coordinate schedules for airline crew transportation. You will model safety standards and provide service excellence across shifts.

You will mentor drivers, assist in recruiting, ensure vehicle maintenance, and conduct safety audits while maintaining strong relationships with airport staff. Weekend availability is required.

Qualificações

• Weekend availability is required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 3 years of experience.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be 21 years old (DOT requirement) and able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Must be able to speak conversational English.
• Ability to obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card.
