Job summary

Windows Consultants Pvt. Ltd. seeks a senior leader to head pan-India employee transportation in a complex, time-critical environment. You will drive safety, service reliability, on-time performance and technology-led transformation across a nationwide network.

Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, vendor and fleet governance, and stakeholder collaboration with Operations, Safety, Procurement and Finance. You will manage large teams and budgets in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 17+ years in transportation operations or large-scale mobility leadership.
• Experience managing large fleets, nationwide networks, and multi-vendor operations.
• Experience handling at least 20,000 employees and 10,000 trips per day.
• Experience with multi-million annual operating budgets.
• Proven ability to lead large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pan-India transportation operations to ensure reliable mobility.
• Drive on-time performance, crew reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Champion safety, risk management, incident response and business continuity planning.
• Build and govern a robust vendor ecosystem, large fleet operations, SLAs.
• Leverage GPS tracking, transport management systems, automation, route optimization and analytics.
• Own budgets, billing controls, fleet utilization, productivity and cost optimization.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Operations, Crew Logistics, Safety, Procurement and Finance; lead large teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead pan-India transportation operations, ensuring seamless, reliable and efficient mobility.
• Operational Excellence: Drive on-time performance (OTP), timely crew reporting, service quality and continuous improvement.
• Safety & Risk Management: Champion safety, security and compliance; lead incident management, emergency response and business continuity planning.
• Vendor & Fleet Management: Build and govern a robust vendor ecosystem, large fleet operations, contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Technology & Transformation: Leverage GPS tracking, transport management systems, automation, route optimization and analytics to improve operational performance.
• Financial Governance: Own budgets, billing controls, fleet utilization, productivity and cost optimization.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Partner with senior stakeholders across Operations, Crew Logistics, Safety, Procurement and Finance; lead large teams of direct and indirect reports.

What We're Looking For

• 17+ years of experience in transportation operations, mobility services or large-scale transport operations leadership.
• Proven expertise in managing large fleets, nationwide transport networks and multi-vendor operations.
• Should have handled at least 20000 employee strength with experience of managing at least 10000 trips per day
• Handled multi million operations budgets annually.
• Experience of leading and managing large teams.
