Job summary

Abacus Consultants is looking for a dynamic Sales and Business Development professional in Tamil Nadu to drive LAP product sales at the Chennai branch. You will lead a sales team, develop growth strategies, and expand the network of DSAs, CAs, and connectors in the region.

The role requires hands-on guidance, excellent customer service, and a focus on achieving targets while maintaining compliance and profitability for the branch.

Qualifications

• Building and maintaining a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Corporate Agents (CAs), and Connectors in the region.

Team Management and Leadership:

Branch Operations and Compliance:

• Ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Financial Knowledge and Expertise:

• Understanding loan structuring methods and credit administration.
