Job summary

Black Turtle in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Loan Operations Lead to steer a team handling loan administration and processing. You will ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, risks managed, and client expectations are aligned across service providers.

You will coordinate migrations, onboarding of new clients, and mentor team members while supporting hiring and development initiatives within the finance operations group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in Financial Services with Loan Operations/Administration.
• Experience leading a team and coaching members.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income, Derivatives, OTC, Hedge/Mutual Funds.
