Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced professional in Pune to lead US loan operations with a focus on CLO loans. You will interpret inputs for business decisions, manage multiple teams, and drive Lean/Sigma led improvements.

The role requires sharp problem solving, client handling, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will adapt to rotational shifts to meet demand, prioritize urgent tasks, and contribute to process audits and documentation updates.
