• Understand customers financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Review loan applications, income details, credit history, and supporting documents.
• Assess borrowers repayment capacity and creditworthiness.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and other internal teams for timely loan processing.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with lending policies.
• Follow up on approved loans until disbursement.
• Maintain and monitor the assigned loan portfolio.
• Track repayments and follow up with customers on overdue installments.
• Take appropriate action to minimize delinquency and loan defaults.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare loan-related reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Meet assigned sales, disbursement, collection, and portfolio-quality targets.
