Job summary

LoansJagat in Noida (Sector 16) seeks a Personal Loans specialist to drive loan closures via warm leads. You will call prospects, verify salary and loan details, collect documents, and follow up to convert interest into sales.

The role is office-based with hours 10:00–19:00 and offers incentives on top of salary. Prior tele sales experience and loan knowledge are advantages in this target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 6 months to 4 years in tele sales / tele calling.
• Fluency in Hindi and English for effective calling.
• Knowledge of loans is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Call interested customers from provided leads.
• Ask about salary, existing loans, and collect documents.
• Follow up with interested customers to close loans.
• Earn incentives over and above base salary.

In this job, you will call interested customers and help them to close their loan requirements. We give you ready & hot leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call interested customers from the leads we give you.
• Ask about their salary and current loans.
• Collect documents like Aadhaar, PAN, salary slips and bank statements.
• Follow up with customers who are interested.
• Earn incentives from ₹10,000 - ₹40,000 over and above salary.
• Additional cash rewards on the spot + Gifts and Goodies.

Job Requirements:

You should be a graduate with minimum 6 months – 4 years of experience in tele sales / tele calling. Knowledge of loans or loan sector will be an additional advantage. You should speak well in Hindi and English, feel confident on calls.

This is an office job in Sector 16, Noida, from 10 AM to 7 PM.
