Paisawaala invites applications for the role of Personal Loan Executive in Noida. The selected candidate will assist customers with personal loan products, manage end-to-end loan processing, and drive sales targets.

We value energetic, enthusiastic individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can coordinate with banks and NBFCs, handle documentation, and ensure timely loan closures in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Competenze

• 0–6 years of experience in personal loan sales, freshers welcomed with strong communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills with a sales mindset.
• Basic understanding of financial products is a plus.

Role Overview

Paisawaala is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Personal Loan Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with personal loan products, managing end-to-end loan processing, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide guidance on personal loan products
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement
• Manage customer documentation and ensure completion of required formalities
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and lending partners until loan closure
• Maintain customer relationships and provide high-quality service
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 0 – 6 years in Personal Loan Sales
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities
• Strong sales-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantage
