Job summary

A Training Developer for SAP success factor is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering educational content. They bridge the gap between complex SAP SF processes and end-user adoption by building targeted training programs, documentation, and digital learning assets.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user manuals, quick reference guides (QRGs), and interactive e-learning modules for SAP SF modules .
Needs Analysis: Collaborate with functional consultants, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business stakeholders to identify training gaps and understand Finance capabilities (equipment management, work orders, preventive maintenance).
Delivery: Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, or train-the-trainer sessions to upskill business users.
System Simulations: Develop system walkthroughs and hands-on exercises using training platforms (e.g., SAP Enable Now, WalkMe).
Testing & Support: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post go-live support, converting feedback into updated training documentation.
