Job summary

Entero Healthcare Solutions is seeking a qualified lawyer to handle all litigation and legal recovery matters in Mumbai. The role requires drafting and reviewing legal notices, pleadings, and agreements, and coordinating with external advocates to represent the company before courts and tribunals.

You will manage debt recovery cases, negotiate settlements, monitor case progress, and provide legal support to internal stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with experience in litigation and recovery.
• Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, and recovery laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
