Job summary

NEW Olog Logistics is seeking a Legal Manager to handle civil and criminal litigation, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, and advise on regulatory compliance for our Indian operations.

You will lead risk mitigation, coordinate with external counsel, and work with senior stakeholders to ensure confidentiality and business-friendly legal support across multiple matters.

Qualifications

• LLB/LLM or equivalent recognized legal qualification is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates from an integrated law programme.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws and legal procedures.
• 35years of post‑qualification experience

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage legal cases, disputes, and related proceedings.
• Litigation Management: Identify legal and business risks and implement appropriate risk-mitigation measures.
• Handle all civil and criminal matters involving the company across various courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities
• Legal Records & Documentation: Establish and maintain a centralized repository of all legal records, contracts, notices, court documents, opinions, and statutory filings.
• Payment Recovery & Debt Resolution: Drive payment recovery through appropriate legal and follow-up processes.
• Legal Risk Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements, vendor contracts, customer agreements, employment-related documents, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other legal instruments.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, authorities, and relevant stakeholders when necessary.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to provide business‑friendly legal advice.
