Job summary

Naiknavare Developers is seeking an experienced litigation specialist to oversee all legal matters. You will independently represent the company in diverse proceedings, including Civil, Criminal, RERA, Consumer, Revenue, and Property issues, while providing strategic guidance and decisive action on sensitive matters.

You will develop litigation strategies, coordinate with external consultants and internal teams, and review documents and court filings.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15+ years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Civil, Criminal, RERA, Consumer, Revenue, and Property matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and oversee all legal litigation matters of the organization.
• Independently manage and represent the company in various legal proceedings.
• Handle cases related to Civil, Criminal, RERA, Consumer, Revenue, Property, and other legal matters.

• Develop litigation strategies and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of cases.
• Coordinate with external legal consultants, advocates, and internal teams.
• Review legal documents, notices, pleadings, agreements, and court-related documentation.
• Represent the organization before courts, tribunals, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Track ongoing cases and ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely action.
• Willingness to travel and handle legal matters outside Pune as and when required.
