Job summary

PERCH Brands Pvt. Ltd. in West Delhi is hiring a Listing Executive to manage PERCH's product catalog across major online marketplaces and D2C. The role requires hands-on experience in fashion, footwear, or categories with size and variant management.

You will create and optimize listings on Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, AJIO, Tata CLiQ and Shopify, ensure SKU, size, color and attribute accuracy, and coordinate catalog updates with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce listing, catalog management, or marketplace operations.
• Experience with fashion, footwear, or apparel and sizing/variant management.
• Proven ability to list across multiple marketplaces (Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, AJIO, Tata CLiQ) and D2C channels.
• Strong knowledge of SKU, sizes, colours, variants, and product attributes.

Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces.
• Manage titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and catalog data.
• Ensure accurate SKU, size, color, and variant mappings.
• Keep catalogs updated per marketplace guidelines.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams for approvals and issue resolution.
• Monitor listing status and catalog health across platforms.
• Identify and fix listing errors and data discrepancies.
• Assist pricing reviews based on trends and sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product info, images, and launches.
• Maintain trackers to keep data accurate and up to date.

About the Role

We are looking for a Listing Executive who will be responsible for managing and maintaining PERCH's product catalog across major online marketplaces and D2C. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fashion, footwear, or any category involving size and variant management, with strong marketplace and D2C listing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings across Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, AJIO, Tata CLiQ & Shopify.
• Manage product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, specifications, pricing, and other catalog information.
• Ensure accurate mapping of SKUs, sizes, colours, variants, and product attributes.
• Maintain product catalogs and ensure listings are updated as per marketplace requirements.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams for catalog approvals, corrections, and listing issues.
• Monitor listing status, catalog health, and product visibility across marketplaces.
• Identify and resolve listing errors, content discrepancies, and SKU/variant mapping issues.
• Screening ,optimizing, ranking reviews
• Reviewing and optimizing product pricing based on marketplace trends, competitor pricing and sales performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product information, images, pricing, inventory, and new product launches.
• Maintain marketplace trackers and ensure catalog data remains accurate and up to date.
• Ensure all listings comply with respective marketplace guidelines and content requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce listing, catalog management, or marketplace operations.
• Must have experience working with fashion, footwear, apparel, or any category involving sizing and variants.
• Hands-on experience listing products across multiple marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, AJIO, and Tata CLiQ.
• Strong understanding of SKU, size, colour, variant, product attributes, and catalog management.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplace catalogs and meet deadlines.
