Job summary

Publicis Groupe India is seeking an E-commerce Operations Associate to manage product listings, catalogue operations, and marketplace activities across leading platforms. The role focuses on creating and maintaining product catalogues, ensuring listing accuracy, and supporting day-to-day marketplace operations.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with listing management on major marketplaces and strong Excel skills to manage data, pricing, and inventory.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with product listing and catalogue management.
• Strong knowledge of SKU management, product attributes, inventory.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
• Maintain accurate catalogue data: titles, descriptions, pricing, images, attributes, keywords.
• Ensure listings comply with marketplace guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to onboard new products and update catalogue.
• Manage product categorization, variation creation, and inventory updates.
• Monitor listing health and resolve suppressed or inactive listings.
• Coordinate with design/content teams for high-quality images and content.
• Track stock availability and coordinate with warehouse to minimize stock-outs.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports on listings, catalogue accuracy, inventory, and marketplace performance.
• Support promotions, pricing updates, and seasonal catalogue launches.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating and maintaining product catalogues, ensuring listing accuracy, and supporting day-to-day marketplace operations
