Hero MotoCorp Ltd., headquartered in India, seeks a quality professional to manage knock-down complaints, oversee packaging for SKD/CKD/CBU, and drive improvement projects. You will work with global teams to analyse KD complaints, raise necessary queries, and ensure timely resolution while conducting audits as required in packaging stages.

This role requires knowledge of TPM/TQM and quality systems, with a focus on maintaining high standards across manufacturing and export processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in KD complaints analysis and closure.
• Exposure to packaging for SKD/CKD/CBU would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality planning and ISO 9001 standards is desirable.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to-

• Knock Down Complaints Closure
• Export Vehicle & Part Packaging
• Improvement Projects

A Day in the life

You will work on day-to-day on following-

• Analysis of the KD complaints raised by global countries
• Raising the necessary queries and details required from the global market team
• Timely resolution of the knockdown complaints
• Conduct essential audits and perform them in accordance with the requirements of the country during packaging for SKD, CKD & CBU

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Knowledge of TPM, TQM, Quality Planning, Policy Deployment, Quality Systems (QC Tools, Why – Why Analysis, ISO 9001 etc.)
