Job summary

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. is seeking an senior quality professional to drive continuous product quality improvement across domestic and global platforms.

You will lead root-cause analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA reviews and warranty-related field feedback to inform new model development and quality upgrades. The role involves on-site collaboration with design, manufacturing and field teams to ensure robust validation, testing and countermeasures across braking, suspension and other critical systems, supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing/Auto Industry.
• Experience of design and process Benchmarking (for both in-house products and competitor products)
• In-depth Knowledge of Braking System, Suspension System, ABS, Control Cables
• Problem Solving through 8D, DFMEA/ PFMEA, FTA, QC Story Tools
• Knowhow of Vehicle & Parts validation testing for correlating standard spec and market condition.
• Hands on knowledge on Vehicle & Engine Testing

Continuous Product Quality improvement on the basis of customer feedback through various platforms like Domestic and Global Technical Reports , Market Quality Surveys , Field returned Warranty & support to New Model Development through in-depth product evaluations as per country specific conditions.
